The Best Choice for Rhinoplasty

My nose was too long for my face, and it looked crooked with a dorsal hump, so I really wanted surgery. After consultations, I was told that osteotomy would also be necessary. Since I did not want silicone, they said it would be needed to correct the crooked bridge. In the end, donated dermis was used to fill the step-off, and autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the tip. I chose [Clinic A] because I thought Dr. Lim Ji-hong would perform the surgery safely. I also had functional rhinoplasty, so the initial swelling was enormous, but it gradually improved and now looks extremely natural. I also like that the height is not excessive. I wanted a natural result rather than a glamorous one, and I am satisfied that I achieved both aesthetic and functional improvements. You may be wondering about the autologous rib area; it healed well, although it did hurt. I think that is because a thin layer of tissue had to be incised to harvest it. Pain and scarring vary from person to person, so choosing a place that handles them well seems like the best choice! Good luck, everyone, haha.
