Day 14 after rhinoplasty at Yejin Plastic Surgery!! Extremely satisfied!!

Everyone!!! I naturally had a very low, really small nose, with very small nostrils and a slightly upturned, petite nose I had filler and nose lifting twice, feeling temporarily satisfied each time, but eventually looking in the mirror became too stressful. I visited around seven places for consultations and research!! Since the first rhinoplasty is important, I searched and searched so much I wanted a subtle straight-line contour. Yejin was well known for revision surgery, so I went there. The director honestly told me about the shortcomings of my nose and that it could not be raised too much. The photos I showed were not achievable for me because my nose and nostrils were too small, and she warned in advance that forcing it could make my nostrils look like kidney beans. That immediately made me trust her!! She showed me the expected height after surgery on a tablet, which made me trust her even more lol. I kept saying I wanted the most subtly defined result possible, but not something too dramatic, which was difficult to explain lol. After deliberating, I returned for a second consultation, set the date, and had surgery right away!! I think I was the first surgery of the day that morning. The nurses were very kind and explained washing my face, gargling, and everything else Before surgery, we went over the plan once more with Director Lee Yejin, including the surgical direction and the line I wanted, and then the surgery began!! I had a 3.5 mm silicone implant in the bridge, with a donated rib graft and ear cartilage while lowering the tip! When I woke up, the surgery was over lol. I felt strangely refreshed?? lol As soon as I opened my eyes, I really needed to use the bathroom, so I told them and a nurse supported me lol. I think the anesthesia had not fully worn off, so I rambled, but they kindly handled everything lol. They were truly so kind After lying in the recovery room for a while, I received instructions, medication, gauze, cotton swabs, ointment, and various other things, then went home. On day 1, I nearly went crazy because of the nasal packing. Breathing through my mouth made it extremely dry, but I had absolutely no nasal pain; my ear hurt so much that I thought I would die Day 1 passed quickly, and the next day I went to the clinic to have the packing removed and get disinfected. They told me to come back the following week They also said the swelling did not seem too bad and that the surgery had gone well, which made me very excited Since I was planning a trip two weeks after surgery, it was a battle with swelling. I slept sitting up for four days, went for walks of about an hour from day 2, did light home workouts without bending my head or straining, and drank swelling tea like crazy lol. Sleeping was difficult, but I endured it while thinking only about the swelling. Finally, after a week, I went to have the splint removed and saw my nose. At first I thought, Huh..? It looks so natural?? I had thought it looked too bulky, so I asked, and Director Lee Yejin explained that it was because of the swelling, that the line had come out well, and that the wound was healing well. I was half worried Since it was my first surgery, I really had no idea what to expect Even while receiving swelling laser treatment, disinfection, and an injection, I kept asking the nurses. They said it was a natural reaction and that the nose would definitely become slimmer as the swelling went down, so I was very grateful lol They were genuinely kind… It is hard to explain It was not excessive politeness; they truly empathized and explained everything. Then the swelling started going down like crazy, and by around day 9 the line had really appeared. Close friends said it looked extremely natural and that the line came out beautifully, and everyone praised how nicely it had been raised and asked where I had it done I was so happy I am honestly very satisfied whenever I look in the mirror. There is probably still swelling at two weeks, but I am extremely satisfied with the side-view line more than the front view!! The scar is already barely visible, and it feels like such a neat surgery. I really think I made the right choice having rhinoplasty!!!!! The straight-line contour is clean, the height is just right, and I am satisfied. If it were too high, I would look like I had nothing but a nose on my face, but the height is appropriate and really… I just hope it settles well like this!!!
