Liposuction Reviews

Fat grafting review: completely filled in my hollow cheeks (I had two sessions)

I had fat grafting on the sunken areas of my forehead, nasolabial folds, and side cheeks. I had heard that fat survival is usually not very good after the first session, so I was prepared from the beginning to have a second session as well, but surprisingly, the progress after the first session was pretty good. Still, I felt it was just a little insufficient, so I went ahead with the second session too. After the second session, my facial contours became exactly the smooth, less-angular shape I had wanted, and the result has held up well!!!!!! I did not particularly want a smaller face; I just wanted to look naturally prettier, so at first I looked into lifting treatments and things like Juvelook Volume. I heard that lifting could make the cheeks look more hollow if done incorrectly, and collagen boosters such as Juvelook seemed frightening because of the possibility of nodules... Fillers can be dissolved, but collagen treatments did not seem to have anything like that, so I started looking into fat grafting instead T_T. I have no regrets about that decision. My expression became much softer and the angular impression disappeared, so I look much younger. I especially think removing the nasolabial folds made a big difference lololol. These days my friends ask whether I have gained weight and say I look much better... Since it seemed that nobody knew, I simply kept the surgery a secret lol. The first session used fresh fat, and the second used frozen fat. Fresh fat would also have been possible for the second session if I had requested it, but I needed to be able to go straight to work the next day, so I chose frozen fat. During the first session, I was busy dealing with post-liposuction care and worrying about the grafted areas, so I was overwhelmed, but the second time was more comfortable because the downtime was shorter and there was no harvest site to worry about. As for pain, I really do not remember having any... The grafted areas felt tingly briefly at the beginning of the surgery, but it seemed to disappear within about a week?? The harvest areas were not particularly uncomfortable either. The downside was that I could not shower for several days... lololol. They said that the fat has now fully taken, so if I lose weight, it will decrease in the same way, and if I gain weight, it will increase in the same way. You can think of it as having completely become my own fat. If you have any questions about my experience through the second session, I will answer them, so ask me anything in the comments.
