Review of revision surgery for loose double eyelids

About three years after my first double-eyid surgery, the folds completely disappeared, and both eyes looked as if they just had wrinkles above them, so I decided on revision surgery. For my first surgery, I had rushed into it without researching clinics much, and ended up with double eyelids that were too thick and an outer-line shape that did not suit my facial harmony. My features are not especially striking, so having only my eyes look flashy was unbalanced; in fact, they seemed smaller because they were buried under the folds. After the folds completely loosened, I decided on revision surgery and proceeded after asking people around me. My goal was to make them suit my face and look as natural as possible. The folds became thinner than I wanted, which is a little disappointing, but they suit my face well and look so natural that, whether my eyes are closed or open, people would not know I had surgery unless I say so, so I’m satisfied. The doctor explained everything carefully during the consultation and especially pursues a natural result. They do not perform excessive surgery. At the consultation, I said I wanted to do medial and lateral canthoplasty all together, but the doctor carefully explained why I should not have them for my face and persuaded me not to. T_T Sometimes I still feel a little regretful, but if I had done them without listening to the doctor, they would have looked much more obvious and probably would not have suited my face. I recommend this to anyone who puts naturalness first. However, I think the price is considerably higher than at other places.
