I was very concerned because my uneven eyes looked more noticeable than expected whenever I took photos. Especially in pictures, my facial asymmetry seemed more pronounced, so after much deliberation, I decided to undergo double-eyelid surgery. From the consultation, they carefully explained which crease would look natural while considering my eye shape and overall impression, which made me feel confident. I especially appreciated that they advised me on what would suit my face instead of insisting on a dramatic change. After surgery, the swelling subsided faster than I expected, so recovery was not particularly uncomfortable. My eyes were not especially stuffy-looking to begin with, but afterward they became a little more defined, and I am most satisfied that the balance between both eyes looks natural. In the past, my uneven eyes were the first thing I noticed in photos, but now that concern has decreased a lot, and I feel more comfortable taking pictures. If you are worried about uneven eyes or facial asymmetry like me, I recommend getting a thorough consultation first about what direction suits your eyes and face rather than deciding on surgery unconditionally.
