I had plastic surgery because my nasal tip was drooping, and I kept hearing that removing it would make it droop even more, so I wondered whether I should have revision surgery. Still, they said removal was the safest option, so I feel it might be right to remove both the silicone and what was placed in the nasal tip... I also looked into revision surgery, removal, and reconstruction, but I’m deliberating because Dr. Guk Won-seok sometimes recommends ear cartilage. Would it be safe to insert it? Honestly, I don’t want my nasal tip to collapse even after removal... T_T They say Dr. Seo Sang-woo might recommend leaving the tip in this situation... It’s really not easy to let go of wanting more..
