Eye Surgery Reviews

My final two candidates for lower-eyelid fat repositioning… Please give me your opinion ([Clinic A], [Clinic B])

Clinic A is [Clinic A]. It is a really huge hospital and feels somewhat factory-like, but the doctor also performs breast and other surgeries and is the most famous for lower-eyelid fat repositioning. I had consultations with both the doctor and the coordinator. The doctor said my eyes were not particularly difficult and that there would be no changes in my eye shape or aegyo-sal shape, which I was worried about. But it was my first clinic, so I think I did not ask questions very well T_T Still, my older friend said the doctor was the most straightforward and satisfactory in the consultation. When I asked the coordinator whether lower-eyelid fat removal could also be done, they said they would have to open it during surgery to know, so they did not give me a definite answer. This is the part that bothers me… There is only one surgery slot left on the 3rd, and since the procedure takes about 30 minutes, they said that day would also be possible. The price is 1.79 million won. Overall, everything seems fine, but because it is such a large hospital, they perform many different eye surgeries, right? So I wonder whether they have actually done a great deal of lower-eyelid fat repositioning specifically. I also regret not asking enough questions because it was my first clinic. The biggest concern is the possibility of fat removal. Of course, they may not remove it in reality, but I absolutely do not want fat removal, so this feels like a risk. Also, the 3rd is a public holiday, the schedule before and after is packed, and my surgery is only about 30 minutes, so I slightly wonder whether the doctor will be in good condition lol. Clinic B is [Clinic B], which I found while searching blogs. It has one doctor and mainly performs eye surgery, so it feels specialized in eyes. From group chats and blogs, it seems fairly conservative, and I heard that they sometimes send people home saying they should not have surgery. But at my consultation, they said I could have only lower-eyelid fat repositioning without fat grafting. They pressed with a cotton swab and showed me how much improvement could realistically be expected, and honestly the improvement looked somewhat minor. On the other hand, they said there would be absolutely no change in my eye shape or aegyo-sal shape, and the coordinator clearly assured me that they never remove lower-eyelid fat and only reposition my own fat. Surgery is available on the 6th, and the price is 1.55 million won with a photo-review event. Blogs say they perform only about three surgeries a day, and many people in the group chat had surgery there and were mostly satisfied. But I also wonder whether the good reviews are because they are conservative from the outset and operate only on eyes they feel confident about. Even so, I feel that if I choose this place, the result may be less noticeable than expected, but at least it probably will not go badly in an unwanted direction. Since it is a one-doctor clinic with few surgeries per day, I also think the doctor's condition and concentration may be good. In the end, my current dilemma is: Clinic A = I trust the doctor, but the large hospital, possibility of fat removal, and surgery schedule bother me. Clinic B = I like that it specializes in eye surgery, is conservative, and clearly says it will not remove fat, but I worry that the actual improvement may be less noticeable than expected. I keep going back and forth between these two lol.
