When I was 11, I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a protruding jaw, and they said it needed to be corrected before I became an adult, so I had jaw orthodontic treatment until 11th grade. I only had the first phase of orthodontic treatment, and the result was good. To make it prettier and more like a normal person, they recommended double-jaw surgery as a second phase, but I didn't get double-jaw surgery and I'm living fine. It scares me to think what would have happened if my mom hadn't taken me to the dentist.
