Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>I had two functional nose procedures, so while having functional rhinoplasty for inferior turbinate hypertrophy and a deviated septum, I also had correction of a bulbous nose (cosmetic rhinoplasty) done together! I had nostril lowering + alar reduction + nasal tip + nasal bridge (3.5-4 silicone). From the side, my nasal bridge wasn’t completely flat, so I didn’t dislike it, but from the front my nostrils looked too big and too visible, which was my complex, so I asked for it to be as natural as possible! It’s now been 3 weeks!
