I got a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning in Gwangju, and they quoted 1.3 million won as the cash price. Is that average? Seoul seems to be around 1 million won, and going back and forth is annoying, so I’m thinking of getting it done, but where is the best? Also, is there a difference between a general practitioner and a specialist?
