It’s been 1 week since I had revision rhinoplasty at ㅇㅌ. I did it with autologous costal cartilage. Since it had been a week, I went in to have the stitches and splint removed, and while I was there, I also had a quick progress check. They told me to take good care of the swelling and bruising for now. So I’m doing compresses and walks super diligently every day. They also removed the tape today and said I could wash my face, so as soon as I got home I gently washed my face. They said I can blow my nose too, but I’m still scared The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested still aches a bit too.. For everyone else who used autologous costal cartilage, how long did it take for the incision site to get better?
