My nose was already high to begin with, but because the nasal tip was drooping, I ended up getting silicone inserted and septal cartilage and ear cartilage added, and it actually feels like my nose got bigger... Aesthetically too, and also because of anxiety about side effects, I’m thinking of just removing everything from the bridge and tip of my nose. My nasal tip is a bit blunt, so I do still want the tip to look slimmer.. I heard that cartilage repositioning and nasal tip suturing are essential if you do total removal. If I do these together while removing everything, could I return to my original nose but with a slimmer tip?
I’d appreciate help from everyone who knows a lot about rhinoplasty!!
