I had the fat under my eyes removed and then grafted, but is a revision lower eyelid fat repositioning really possible? I went to 3 clinics, and 2 said it was impossible because there was no fat left to reposition after it had already been removed, and that the fat that had been grafted in was actually the fat that should be removed. But 1 place said it could still be repositioned with the grafted fat, so I don't know which one is right.
