In the end, it turned out to be a total disaster, and I had it removed at a specialized removal clinic in Gangnam. I went to several places for removal consultations, and they said it had been done in an old-fashioned, unusual way. They said it had been made high and pointy without considering facial proportions, so it became a long nose, the ear cartilage was visible, it looked like a Pinocchio nose, the midface looked excessively long, the nose became too small and ruined the overall facial balance, and they harvested too much ear cartilage, causing ear deformity, discoloration, and severe scarring. They showed me the removal photos, and oh my, there were three layers of ear cartilage stacked up. The director who removed it also said that a lot had been put in.. The nostrils were also made into completely 11-shaped outlet nostrils, and there was a columella scar too.. They said they would remove it without charging me, which was decent of them, but I could not trust that, so I had the surgery at a specialized removal clinic. Please look carefully and choose well.
