This was the second hospital I visited while searching around for my first nose surgery. I did not trust the first hospital because they recommended osteotomy. My nose is not thick enough to need osteotomy. And a friend had surgery here, and her nose shape was so pretty that I came for a consultation. At first I was talking with the consultant, and when I said I wanted no implant, she suddenly said things like, "That is something you need to discuss with the director, and you may need silicone~" in a somewhat annoying tone, which made me think,?? My nose is definitely not a low nose, and everywhere I go they recommend no-implant surgery. Only if someone is greedy for height would they use silicone; if you do not want to add height and only want improvement of the bulbous nose, everyone recommends no implant But the price was extremely, extremely expensive, and I did not think the quality of the surgery would be that high. They only use septal cartilage, and if they open it and it becomes difficult, they said they would add ear cartilage and charge extra again. It is my own cartilage... so I did not do it.
