They said the doctor is the originator of muscle fixation and is also famous for revision surgery (I do not know whether that is true). The doctor has their own skill, so swelling and bruising are the least, and even when they showed me follow-up photos, the bruising looked the least noticeable. Most importantly, the manager's aesthetic sense was insane. In other places, they would just say one by one what might be good here, but here the manager could identify everything at a glance and tell me exactly. Because the doctor works with aesthetic sense, when looking at liposuction, if the muscle is loose they might trim some of it, and if the salivary gland is too enlarged, they can do something about it. Cynical, but still explained things very thoroughly. As expected, my chin is small and my skin is on the thicker side. Rather than having an enormous amount of fat, the muscles cannot support things, so neck muscle fixation is essential. They said they do not usually recommend muscle fixation here, but seeing that every clinic told me I need muscle fixation, it does seem like my muscles are sagging... haha. The consultation was roughly similar to the others and nothing particularly different, but because the doctor showed and explained what the managers usually do, my trust went up. And about the chin tip, they did mention it, but they recommended Botox + filler, so I asked if fat grafting would not be possible since other places said to do fat grafting. Also, the review from my research saying this doctor is natural yet effective, and that this was the only place that said to first try dealing with the chin tip muscle, is what made me choose here!!!! Since the surgery is soon, if I can, I will bring back a post-op review afterward.
