The director is very thorough in consultations. They clearly say what is possible and what is not possible. They speak very sincerely and honestly. They don’t force their own standards on you; they seem like someone who listens to the patient and looks for the best way to do things. The coordinator was also okay. She listened well. Since it was a revision surgery, the cost was a bit high, but it was still reasonable. I should have had a consultation here from the start. I had it done at some weird place for no reason and I regret it so much.
