I had facial liposuction, and okay, the double chin is one thing, but they still made a hole beside my mouth just to remove fat. But wrinkles formed in the area where they removed fat by my mouth. So when I talk or smile, I get huge vertical wrinkles there, and it's so stressful. I looked everything up, and apparently for wrinkles in that area, only a lift would help. I still don't know why they removed it in the first place. Ah.
