I looked into a closed approach and had surgery here, so I’m leaving this in case it helps anyone who’s thinking of going for a consultation. Reception > photo shooting (CT) > manager > doctor (virtual surgery simulation) > manager was the order of the consultation. Like other hospitals, they also said my septum is small here too, so costal cartilage would be needed, but one difference was that a closed approach was possible here. Other places had said it was only possible with an open approach And autologous costal cartilage burden
