I kept putting it off, saying I would do LASIK someday... Then I decided to go after hearing that the price of the one-day lenses I usually used was going up, and I made an eye exam appointment. I booked it after seeing a YouTube video showing the surgeon personally operating on their daughter. I had the surgery right after the eye exam, and since my pupils were large, I was told I would have glare at night, so I went ahead with the surgery. After the surgery, I could see without glasses in just one day, and I went around marveling like a blind man who had just opened his eyes. I kept thinking, why did I only do this now, I should have done it earlier, and regretted waiting. Even if side effects appear and I end up wearing glasses again in 10 years, I would still be satisfied...
