It seems like an injection that's strongly related to swelling. On days when I have a lot of swelling, it feels like it doesn't work, but on days when there's not much swelling, maybe because of the injection, my face line looks tighter. But I don't think the effect lasts very long. It's cheap enough to get, but it feels like there isn't much effect.
