The shape kept widening and the scars got worse. I trusted this place and left myself in their care four times, including revision treatment, but it was never resolved. The doctor seemed extremely proud of the surgical method they developed and kept saying everything could be fixed, yet seemed unable to make an accurate diagnosis. I endured the difficult aftercare following surgery here, but the results were the worst every time. The doctor blamed it on weakness of my inner orbicularis muscle and, without knowing the exact cause, kept making me undergo the nonsensical reverse skin-redraping surgery repeatedly. I resent the doctor so much.
