When I started dieting, my first digit changed!!!!!! After losing 10 kg, my waist circumference went down by 14 cm, so now I can wear the clothes I used to wear comfortably again T_T They say if you gain weight suddenly you can just lose it right away, but I... slowly gained up to 70 kg over several years, so even when I dieted with meals and exercise, the weight wouldn't come off easily. I even tried diet pills, but in 2-3 months I only lost about 3 kg..? And then if I had plans and ate, I'd gain it back again, on repeat. I was so stressed that I looked into liposuction and RAMS, and since RAMS seemed like it wouldn't leave visible needle marks, I chose unlimited RAMS!!! The procedure took about 2-3 hours. The doctor was incredibly meticulous and kept saying he wanted to take a bit more from the sides lol That's one of the advantages of RAMS, I guess. Since you can communicate during the procedure, it hurt a little at first when the medicine and anesthetic were going in together, but it was tolerable, and once the anesthesia kicked in, there was no pain! The bruising all went away within a week, and I was able to go right back to daily life, so if you're someone like me who has to go straight back to work, go with unlimited RAMS!! Now I'm maintaining with Wegovy and CoreSculpt aftercare!!
