After the surgery, I had a really strong reality check about why I had been struggling so hard to lose belly fat all this time.I thought I had been dieting and managing myself for over a year, but now I wonder if it was just dieting in words..But seeing the belly fat that hadn't been going away change after just one day after surgery felt strangely unreal.Now it's been about 10 days, and there's still swelling and some unevenness, but when I look in the mirror with my top off, I do feel satisfied?My confidence in my body is gradually growing, and I feel this sense that I could make any outfit work.I'm once again amazed by how impressive the doctors' skills are.
