3 Months After Preservé! Finally Got Cleavage With a Slender Build T_T

Before surgery, even if I gathered every last bit of myself, I was such a tiny AA cup that I couldn't get cleavage at all T_T I was always on the slim side, so I thought even a little bit of breast volume would be nice, but since I was already going through such a major surgery, I worried a lot about the size because if I made them too small, I would regret it.
