I had nasal surgery, but instead of my mouth being dry, I keep producing way too much saliva.. I keep forcing myself to swallow because I’m staying conscious the whole time, but I heard it’s bad if pressure is applied to the nose, and every time I swallow my ears feel tingly and it seems like pressure is being applied to my nose? Will I be okay;; I’m supposed to remove the packing tomorrow, but will that be okay? I’m panicking... I want to take it out today
