When do you wear the compression band? I had facial liposuction at Saegim, and they told me I should keep doing it regularly after the procedure, but honestly, after work and tidying up at home and everything, I did not really have enough free time, so I barely did it on weekdays... just on weekends, barely. I am also getting post-op care, and I can feel the swelling going down little by little, so I do not really feel the need for it, but my friend said I will regret it later if I do not wear the compression band, so I am asking T_T Of course, doing it more is supposed to be better, but would it be okay to do it only 2 or 3 times a week? The compression band feels strangely suffocating, so even if I do wear it, I can only keep it on for a short time.
