My nose was already pig-nose-like, so I asked them to show as little nostril as possible.... But after the nose tip surgery, my nostrils show even more. T_T Everyone here and the doctor says it is swelling and that it will go down when the swelling subsides, but this is seriously driving me crazy. I really like the shape, but the frontal nostrils look insane. I am obsessively looking into alar base reduction and alar rim lowering Maybe my nose was originally very upturned, so nose tip surgery alone was never going to solve it? Maybe I should have had alar base reduction and alar rim lowering too? I really need some wishful thinking, sigh.
