After making a big decision, I successfully had nose surgery^^

Hello I am a woman in my 40s who had wanted nose surgery, but worried for 20 years about possible side effects and whether my current image would change too much, until I finally made up my mind and decided to have the surgery. An acquaintance of mine was an operating-room nurse at a plastic surgery clinic, and she recommended Top Tier Plastic Surgery as a hospital known for doing eye and nose plastic surgery well, so I naturally ended up getting a consultation there. My nostrils were round and a bit bulbous, and the columella was short. So he said very clearly that he could not raise the nose very high and that it would be about 80% satisfaction rather than 100%.. but even so, hearing that it would look much more refined and prettier than my current image made me trust him even more. Right now I am 100% so satisfied~ Even though I only had nose surgery, the nose I have now harmonizes with my face much better than my face with the lower nose before, and the impression has become more refined~ My face also looks less wide and full, so people often ask whether I lost weight. And every time my mom looks at my nose, she says it came out so naturally and well, and that I was really glad I got the surgery at Top Tier, haha, so I even got praise~~ I am truly, truly satisfied, and thank you for making such a pretty nose^^
