Three years ago I had closed rhinoplasty with silicone at another clinic, but it was so unnatural and gradually turned into a pinched nose, so I had revision surgery at VN. At first I was planning to just remove the silicone, but the director said that if only the silicone were removed, a step could appear, so while removing the existing silicone I had the pinched nose and bulbous nose corrected again without an implant, and the step was corrected using cartilage particles. At other clinics they said closed surgery was difficult and, without even explaining methods like cartilage particles, told me to put silicone back in, even if it were thin or with fascia, so I was worried. Still, I am so glad I kept looking around carefully and found a hospital that suited me. My nose turned out really natural. They also had good reviews for their first surgeries here, and I even thought I should have gone here from the beginning.. I hope people do not rush into surgery and end up needing removal like I did; please make sure to research well before you get surgery
