After so many surgeries, even I had given up on my nose, but I finally succeeded on my third revision rhinoplasty

If you look at the photos before surgery, you can tell there’s that distinctive shape that appears in people who’ve had nose surgery many times, where the tip starts to droop. I guess you could say the columella was lacking....Up until this surgery, I had already had three nose surgeries. Whether it was because I had no eye for choosing a hospital, bad luck, or my nose was just hard to fix, the tip started drooping again.And now I’m writing this review calmly, but it was honestly so hard.I had actually planned not to have surgery at all and just live like that.But among my friends, there was someone who had gone through multiple surgeries for a similar reason, though not exactly the same as mine, and had been looking into revision surgery after things went badly.That friend came back after saying it would be the last time, and the scars were completely gone and the nose turned out so beautifully...I asked my friend about it and visited Another Hospital.Friend was treated by Director Ji Seung-ryeol, and I was treated by Director Kim Beom-jun.Both had good reviews, and it seemed like they just had different styles, but I felt Director Kim Beom-jun would suit me better.After the consultation, the atmosphere was definitely a little different from the previous hospitals, and he seemed to have a great deal of knowledge about noses.My friend’s result was good too, and the consultation was so thorough that I started thinking, maybe I should try surgery one last time?I was worried about silicone showing through or things like that, but they said it was possible to make the line I wanted without an implant... That was when I really started to feel hope and trust.Since this would be about my fourth surgery, lying on the operating table wasn’t scary or nerve-wracking anymore. But even before the previous surgery, I was thinking, what if this one goes badly again?This time, even during the design stage, the director confidently told me not to worry at all, so I think I was able to go into surgery feeling really comfortable.Even while I was in the recovery room, the director came by and said it went well and not to worry, and every time I went in for follow-up visits, he checked everything so carefully that I felt so, so much more at ease during recovery.Right now I’m at the 2-week mark, so there’s still a little swelling and my nose looks a bit high, but I know that should go down since this is already my fourth nose surgery, so I’m not too worried!I’m really satisfied that the scars on my nose are gone, the scar around the columella has faded a lot, and the nose line overall looks great.I finally have the columella I had always dreamed of hehe..I can’t wait for the swelling to go down so I can see it again haha.
