Hello, my face shape had been a lifelong concern, so I had surgery at View Plastic Surgery, and it has now been two months! I still have not been drinking alcohol and plan to start from next month (month 3)! They said walking is the best for reducing swelling, but I like running, so I did that often. Maybe because of that, I feel like the swelling went down quickly! Now I can eat comfortably, and there are no issues at all with brushing my teeth or my usual daily life! I plan to keep wearing the compression band consistently, and I am so satisfied with the surgical result that I feel the money and time were worth it! I will take good care of myself and try to achieve an even more satisfying result.
