I had under-eye fat repositioning + septum reinforcement surgery, but they didn’t put any tape on me, so I’m wondering why. It wasn’t at a famous place, but I had it done at a clinic where the director has many years of experience (not specifically a lower-eyelid-fat specialist, but a place that does it fairly often). I looked it up and it seems the reason for the tape is mainly to prevent the repositioned fat from moving, but does that mean I had fat removal rather than fat repositioning..? Right after surgery, the area under my eyes looked a little hollow. It seems like they may have used the laser for a long time.
