When I wanted frontal improvement, they said just raising the bridge would make a big difference. They recommended 4 mm silicone. I asked about donated rib cartilage because of silicone complications, but they discouraged it. They said the nasal line was fine, so they didn’t think alar reduction was necessary separately.
