I visited because the YouTube and blog posts made the director seem very professional. First of all, I liked that I could consult with the director first. (There is a consultation fee.) After looking at my whole face, they said they would remove the parts I was worried about, but it felt like they were trying to remove the areas the patient thought were bothersome rather than giving a firm opinion. I was unsure about the part I needed to remove, so I wanted a clear professional opinion from a specialist saying exactly, 'this should be removed and this should not be removed,' and because I did not get that, I ended up thinking I should consult other places too..
