Even though I arrived a little earlier after making a consultation appointment, I ended up waiting almost an hour. The consultation room was small and stuffy, so from the start the impression was not very good. What was worst was that the consultation was.. really unfriendly to an unpleasant degree. I went in for a consultation about liposuction on an area with a complex, and while looking at the area they kept saying things like 'it's really big,' and it felt like they were too busy giving estimates to think about the person listening? It wasn't cheap, and honestly the surgery fee probably includes the consultation and service cost I receive at the hospital, so I didn't want to say please do the surgery while being treated like that. After visiting here I felt depressed all day. Never again.
