I went around to hospitals in Daegu for eye surgery, and then went there on a friend's recommendation. The director was a bit of a chilly person, so it was uncomfortable, but he answered all my questions and seemed to have surgical expertise. The facilities weren't bad, and it wasn't a bad place to get a light consultation once.
