This is the only surgery I have had that turned out without a single flaw. I had my prognathic jaw corrected (mandibular osteotomy) and the square-jaw line was smoothed out nicely. They made it so it does not look very much like I had surgery... and even though I have a long face, they did a great job so I do not look like I have a wide jaw. What was amazing was that before surgery, if I opened my mouth wide, my jaw would make a sound, and even that disappeared.
