The doctor is straightforward, and rather than saying he is friendly in a verbal sense, it feels more like you naturally come to trust what he says. I also liked that he seemed confident in his skills. And my friend had double eyelid surgery here and it turned out so well, which made it more trustworthy. That is probably why I trusted him even more.
