Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Dr. Lee Hak-soo review

It's been about 3 years since I had revision eyelid surgery after my buried suture came undone. To sum it up: never go there. I went because they said they were good at incisional surgery and I saw the review photos, but I was so ignorant about plastic surgery information and so clueless that I just went ahead and had surgery, and now I'm really suffering both mentally and physically. It was botched aesthetically too (sunken scar, deeply fixed sausage-like eyelid), and on top of that I developed functional problems, so at night I can barely see traffic lights like in astigmatism and everything looks blurry. If I could turn back time, I would absolutely never go..... The aftercare was also terrible, and the consultant felt less like an expert and more like a salesperson. There isn't even a separate consultation room; they just do it at the doorway in front of everyone. Back then, I must have been out of my mind, because I just wanted surgery fast and acted way too hastily... I regret it so much... I can't even close my eyes or look down in front of other people, and I developed social anxiety. I also got an unknown wrinkle on my eye... When I had only the buried-suture surgery, it turned out so naturally that people around me often said I looked pretty, but now if someone stares at my face, I feel like they're only looking at my eyes, and shortly after the surgery I truly wanted to die... Fortunately, the functional problem has improved a lot as time passed, but in the beginning I couldn't even go into a movie theater during the day. Never go there. It isn't cheap compared to other places either.... Thinking about how this hospital keeps draining me while I keep searching for cosmetic surgery posts and doing endless research makes me feel endlessly wronged and depressed..
