First of all, they carefully checked the part where I have issues with anesthesia, and it was a surgery I was satisfied with and left no facial scar. The doctor seemed a bit busy.. but when it was time for surgery, he spoke in a way that made me trust him and helped calm me down. The coordinators were kind too. Putting all that aside, the result was good.
