The director seemed to have a lot of experience and confidence. They were the only one in the consultation who spoke informally, but I didn't feel bad about it. It felt like they were explaining things like they were teaching a student? They showed several before-and-after photos of similar eyes, and also explained the surgical principle using papers and research materials. The clinic felt like an ophthalmology office, and the consultation manager was kind too.
