I visited because I was looking for a clinic for bulbous nose surgery. They used costal cartilage to raise it, but now it seems to have bent again, and breathing is fairly difficult. Still, there was a pretty good improvement in the shape, so I am just trying to be satisfied. For a bulbous nose, do not go natural. Go glamorous. That is the only way you will be satisfied.
