My dark circles are red and purple. What kind of surgery should I get? I looked it up and people said it’s because the tissue is visible, but even on YouTube and elsewhere it’s almost always only talking about lower eyelid fat repositioning, so I’m at a loss about how to fix it. I’d appreciate recommendations for hospitals too.
