My expectations for the surgery were somewhat low purely because of my own taste. Most of the before-and-after photos looked too slim to me by my standards, and the director kept emphasizing a slim line several times, so I thought, oh, that is the director's style. For those going for a nose surgery consultation, I recommend making this your first stop. You can get a sort of crash course in nose surgery.
