It really felt exactly like being at a big franchise restaurant. Even up until the consultation, I only got a rough explanation of who the doctor was and how they would handle it. I paid, then after a long wait the doctor came and did the procedure right away lol. I thought that was just how all plastic surgery clinics operated because it was my first one... lol
