I consulted only with the manager, without a consultation with the doctor who would do the procedure. I explained everything about the shape of the procedure I wanted to the manager. I thought I would also consult with the doctor, but they went straight into the procedure room, and they didn't do it the way I wanted, instead doing the procedure in the area I had asked them not to touch. The reason I couldn't speak up was that it was my first time getting filler, so I trusted that they were more of an expert than I was and left it to them. This was the reason I decided I should never go to a factory-style plastic surgery clinic again.
