First, the director was kind during the consultation. When I told them my needs during the consultation, it felt like they caught on well and reflected them. They answer questions well, but the consultation felt a little lacking in terms of surgical methods and other professional details. And the consultation manager was kind, but I do not know why the front desk managers were so rude. They were curt and had a bothersome tone, which I really disliked.
