Got titanium lifting. The location is near the station, so it is easy to access. I did not get a separate consultation and just said I wanted it done, so I am not sure about the kindness, but the desk staff smelled a lot like cigarettes.. even when they put numbing cream on my face, there was still cigarette smell .. apart from that, I am satisfied with the effect
