The surgeon was kind. The consultation wait was a little long, but they apologized for being late and said they would look carefully instead. Of all the places I consulted, this was the only one that said my eyes would come out semi-out. (Was that really careful...? But thanks to that, I did feel a bit of hope.) But the manager... lol couldn't calculate the discount amount... They kept hesitating while tapping the calculator, and it was obvious that the amount couldn't possibly come out to that number, so I felt like this wasn't the place for me and left without booking. It could have just been a simple math mistake, but since I would have to communicate about everything except the surgery with the manager, I didn't think it would work properly. And when they texted the next day asking if I'd consulted somewhere else and what I planned to do, they didn't even check for typos. They misspelled my name like 'h i a n. i' so it looked like they didn't have just one consultation manager. Since the surgeon was kind, I briefly wondered if I should go again with a different manager. Anyway, this place seems to be getting popular these days, so if you go, make sure the estimate and discount amount are calculated correctly before deciding.
